The Volcker Alliance Celebrates its 10th Anniversary and the Legacy of Paul A. Volcker

Last week, the Volcker Alliance and Anke Volcker hosted family, friends, partners, and former colleagues of Paul A. Volcker for a dinner to celebrate his legacy and the 10th anniversary of the Alliance. The event featured a video tribute about Mr. Volcker by his nephew and niece, Andrew and Victoria Streitfeld, and a conversation between Ray Dalio, founder, chief investment officer mentor, and member of the board, Bridgewater Associates, and Erik Schatzker, editor-at-large, Bloomberg Television. Our chairman, Senator Bill Bradley, and president, Sara Mogulescu, reflected on how Mr. Volcker founded the Alliance with a mission to empower the public sector workforce to solve the challenges facing our nation and how proud he would be of its work over the past decade.
