Senior VP William Glasgall Led Panel at 2018 ABFM Conference

On October 4th, the Volcker Alliance's Senior Vice President William Glasgall led a panel at the 30th Annual Association for Budgeting & Financial Management (ABFM) Research Conference in Denver, Colorado. The panel was titled "Volcker Alliance Truth and Integrity in State Budgeting Research Update: Critical Issues in Fiscal Policy, Debt Management, and Institutional Reform." ABFM is the preeminent association for the study of budgetary theory, practices, and institutions, and invites proposals for panels, papers, and presentations for the annual conference.
